Another film festival has awarded RISE with Awards of Recognition in both Documentary Short and Women Filmmakers! Best Shorts is a quarterly international competition which includes, as the name implies, short films of all genres. Large scale productions as well as smaller productions are both entered into the same competition and it is an honor to be awarded alongside many wonderful shorts!
