Top Shorts Film Festival Winner

RISE has won in the December 2020 Top-Shorts Film Festival competition for Documentaries! Top Shorts Film Festival is a monthly competition in which the top 15 films a month are sent to a final yearly round. Previous to this year’s quarantine Top Shorts was known as the best online film festival, a format that many festivals have switched to during the COVID-19 pandemic.
